Help Finish a School for Orphans in Pemba Island.

Last year we opened Pemba International Junior School at Waterfall Retreat in Makombeni, Pemba Island, to give orphaned and vulnerable children access to quality education.

We started with 40 children (KG1 & KG2), but the school building was not finished, so the students began learning inside our masjid. Despite the humble start, the demand grew quickly and we have now 55 children studying every day.

Construction of the school is nearly complete, but we are £20,000 short of finishing the ground floor classrooms.

Each classroom costs £5,000 and can be sponsored by a family, individual, or company as Sadaqah Jariyah.

Help us move these children from the masjid floor into real classrooms and a brighter future.
